GA-5000 Smoke Analyzer (OEM) is a gas analyzer product independently developed by Hangzhou Haichi Technology Co., Ltd. for online gas analysis of environmental protection and industrial control sites at home and abroad.
This analyzer is based on ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy technology and chemometric algorithms, and can measure the concentrations of gases such as SO2, NOx, O2, NH3, Cl2, O3, H2S, etc. It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, high reliability, fast response time, and wide applicability. All indicators reach or exceed similar products at home and abroad, and can be widely used in environmental online monitoring, industrial control, safety monitoring and other occasions.
Technology Platform
The analyzer uses the following optical technology platform to obtain ultraviolet absorption spectra. The technology platform consists of optical components such as a light source, gas chamber, optical fiber, and spectrometer (including aperture, holographic grating, linear detector), as shown in the figure:

The ultraviolet visible light emitted by the light source enters the gas chamber through an optical window and is absorbed by the sample gas flowing through the gas chamber. The light carrying the absorption information of the sample gas is converged by a lens and coupled into an optical fiber. It is transmitted through the optical fiber and sent to the spectrometer for spectral analysis and sampling, obtaining the absorption spectrum of the gas.
By using DOAS technology to analyze spectra, the concentration of relevant components in gases can be determined.
